Book Formats and Usage Rights

Your completed book will be delivered in two formats:

• Plain text (.txt) with standard markdown formatting
• EPUB (.epub) format ready for publishing on platforms like Amazon

Once your book is created, it’s yours to use as you wish. You can edit the plain text file to add your personal touch or additional details, and we’ll provide instructions for regenerating the EPUB file after any changes.

Publishing Your Books

Yes, you can sell the books you create! When publishing on Amazon’s marketplace, you’ll need to disclose to Amazon during submission that the book was created using AI, following their content guidelines. As of September 2024, Amazon distinguishes between “AI-generated” and “AI-assisted” content. Books created with Qyx AI typically fall under the “AI-generated” category. Importantly, while you must disclose this to Amazon during submission, whether you mention AI involvement to readers in the book itself is entirely your choice.

Supported Languages

While Qyx AI Book Creator can generate books in multiple languages, we achieve best results with English. For other languages, quality may vary depending on the available training data. We recommend creating your book in English first and then using translation tools like Google Translate if you need it in another language.

Current Limitations

We believe in transparency about our capabilities. Here are some important points to know:

• Books may interpret your book request description differently than intended, particularly if your description is very short, ambiguous, or otherwise unclear.
• The AI works from a fixed knowledge base and can’t access private or unpublished information. However you can provide it with any such information you have access to in your book description when you request a book, to augment its knowledge.
• Book length will typically be 40,000-80,000 words, and books currently are always generated with an Introduction (which you can delete later if desired) and 25 chapters.
• Currently Qyx AI generates text-only books(though tables can be included where helpful).
• As with all AI systems, occasional factual inaccuracies (“hallucinations”) may occur, particularly in highly technical or niche areas. Reviewing your completed books is always a good idea. Generally such hallucinations are unlikely, however, except in such niche/highly technical areas where the AI has limited knowledge of the subject matter.

Payment and Security

We accept most major credit and debit cards through Stripe, our secure payment processor. While we don’t accept PayPal or cryptocurrency, we ensure bank-level security standards, and your payment information is stored solely with Stripe, not on our systems.

• Basic Plan: $39/month with $69 per book
• Standard Plan: $79/month with $49 per book
• Pro Plan: $149/month with just $29 per book

For frequent users, higher subscription tiers offer significant savings. For example, creating 4 books monthly would cost $396 on the free plan but only $265 on the Pro plan (including subscription). You can change or cancel your plan anytime, though current month charges are non-refundable.

If your book creation fails for any reason (topic too niche, violates policies, technical issues), you’ll receive an email explanation and a full refund.
